Job Seekers can tag jobs. Tagging is a way of grouping. Job Seekers can create their own tags and apply the tags to jobs

For example, if a Job Seeker is searching for a Java job in Kolkata, he / she can create a tag called "Java - Kolkata". After matching a suitable job (say, by searching) the tag can be applied to that matching job.

The same tag can be applied to multiple jobs and later, with a single click, the Job Seeker can view all the jobs that were tagged with the tag name "Java".

Also, the Job Seeker can apply multiple tags to the same job.

This gives very fine control over grouping.
